Registration - $160 US
Booth Fee - $80 US
Registration includes:
- Admission to Fair and participation in discussions and presentations
- Lunch and refreshments at the Radisson during Fair
- Inauguration of Fair and cocktail Party
- Cultural night at Old Belize
- Beach Party at Old Belize
- Meet & Greet at airport and transportation to hotel
- Transportation to and from hotels and Fair site ( Radisson)
and to and from off-site events held on the 30th and 31st
- Secretariat cost

Cancellation Policy:
- A cancellation 30 days prior to the fair no refund
- 31 to 60 days prior to the fair $50 dollar cancellation fee per registrant, and all other monies will be refunded
- 61 to 90 days prior to the fair $25 dollar cancellation fee per registrant, and all other monies will be refunded.
THIS POLICY IS EXCLUSIVE OF ANY CANCELLATION POLICY YOUR HOTEL MAY IMPLEMENT
