Location: Radisson Fort George Hotel and Marina
Belize City, Belize

Cost:
Registration - $160 US  
Booth Fee - $80 US
Special rate for Students and Rotaractors

 Registration includes:

  1. Admission to Fair and participation in discussions and presentations
  2. Lunch and refreshments at the Radisson during Fair
  3. Inauguration of Fair and cocktail Party
  4. Cultural night at Old Belize
  5. Beach Party at Old Belize
  6. Meet & Greet at airport and transportation to hotel
  7. Transportation to and from hotels and Fair site ( Radisson)
    and to and from off-site events held on the 30th and 31st
  8. Secretariat cost

Cancellation  Policy:
  1. A cancellation 30 days prior to the fair no refund
  2. 31 to 60 days prior to the fair $50 dollar cancellation fee per registrant, and all other monies will be refunded
  3. 61 to 90 days prior to the fair $25 dollar cancellation fee per registrant, and all other monies will be refunded.
THIS POLICY IS EXCLUSIVE OF ANY CANCELLATION POLICY YOUR HOTEL MAY IMPLEMENT
